Born in Philadelphia and a graduate of LaSalle University, Mike spent the first five years of his career building a strong financial background in the New York offices of CPA firm Deloitte & Touche. In 1976, Mike created a cable television marketing firm that caught the attention of Cox Communications. In 1979, Cox hired Mike to become Division Manager of their Indianapolis, IN marketing team. In 1980, Mike helped form Perennial Pictures Film Corporation, which has produced 15 animated television specials. In 1983, Mike founded ATV Broadcast Consulting, Inc to address the needs of two communications giants - broadcasters and cable operators. Beginning in 1993, and continuing through each three-year cycle of retransmission consent, ATV has assisted television stations maximize the value of their retransmission consent agreement. Mike enjoys his work with the Mozel Sanders Foundations. He has served as two-term Governor of AAF's 6th District (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan) and was a four-year board member of the National American Advertising Awards (ADY) Process Committee.
